Refunds and Returns Policy
At Aramystic, we want you to love every scent you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (perfume oils, water-based perfumes, and personal care items), we only accept returns on unopened and unused items. This is to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in itsΒ original packaging, sealed and unused.
- Returns must be initiated withinΒ 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please contact us at hello@aramystic.com before sending your item back. Weβll provide return instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed withinΒ 3β5 working days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please allow a few additional days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
We do not offer refunds on opened or used items unless there is a quality issue or a mistake on our end.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Weβll work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If youβd like to try a different product, youβll need to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used perfume oils and sprays
- Sample vials
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does each 3ml oil last?
Each 3ml oil gives you roughly 2-3 weeks of daily use. That's enough time to properly test each scent on your skin and find the one that feels like yours.
Can I wear these with my existing perfumes?
That's one of the best things about perfume oils.
Apply the oil to your pulse points first, then spray your perfume on top. The oil adds depth and makes your scent last noticeably longer. It's called layering β and once you try it, you won't go back.
How do I apply perfume oil?
Apply a small amount to your pulse points - wrists, neck, behind the ears. Your body heat activates the oil and releases the scent gradually throughout the day. A little goes a long way.
What happens after I find my favourite?
Upgrade to the full 10ml roll-on, starting at Β£12.99. It's pocket-sized, lasts weeks, and goes everywhere with you. We'll also send you a follow-up email with personalised recommendations based on your set.
Where are the oils made?
Bottled in the UK using high-quality ingredients sourced from Switzerland, France, and the UAE - regions known for excellence in perfumery.
What if I don't like any of the scents?
Get in touch (hello@aramystic.com) and we'll make it right. We'd rather you be happy than stuck with something you won't use.
How is this different from spray perfume?
Spray perfumes are typically 10-20% fragrance diluted in alcohol. They project well but fade fast β usually within 3-6 hours. Perfume oils are 100% fragrance with no alcohol. They bond to your skin, develop throughout the day, and last 10+ hours. They're also subtler and more intimate - you'll smell incredible without filling the room. Think of them as the quieter, longer-lasting version of what you already wear.
Is this suitable as a gift?
