Refund policy

At Aramystic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, soaps, and skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at hello@aramystic.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

4. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you received a damaged or defective item and need an exchange, please contact us at hello@aramystic.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@aramystic.com.
